Cheese soufflé
"Scent of cherry" is not only a beautiful name, it can be understood in the literal sense of the phrase. Indeed, in its composition, I introduced the bird-cherry flour, I sent my morozik Nadia ( Navely )in the New year, for which many thanks to her. Semolina from the "Mistral" in this recipe is not dry, but in a different form. The recipe author and this is the final version.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Bird cherry flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

Cooking

First boil steep mess. Milk bring to the boil, add the salt and stirring add the semolina. Cook stirring until thick. Let it cool down completely.

In a bowl mix the cheese, yolks, sugar, porridge and bird-cherry flour.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to firm peaks. Mix carefully with the curd mass and spread in a greased form 18*18.

Bake at a moderate t to readiness. About 30-40 min. to Cool. It will settle a bit, but that's okay.
