Potatoes under the fish shell
Interesting and unusual version of supply of potatoes for the holiday table. Baked potato fish meat, becomes more fragrant and delicate taste. We really liked it, I suggest to try and you.

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cracker

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

Onions finely chop. Raw carrots to grate on a coarse grater. Mix onions and carrots with 1 tbsp sour cream.

Fish fillet skip through Mincer, add soy sauce. Add the chopped garlic, and Basil. Stir.

A sheet of foil greased with vegetable oil. Spread the rectangle of minced fish.

Spread a layer of carrots.

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater and spread it a layer on top of the carrots.

Potatoes liberally lubricated cream. Chopped green onion is put on the edge of the roll.
