Baked potatoes in Spanish
In fact, baked potatoes in Spanish consists of separately baked potatoes and a separately cooked sauce that is mixed right before serving. The idea for this recipe was taken from the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the potato in half or into quarters.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Put on with foil baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. When baking the potatoes twice to flip.

The potatoes are ready remove from the oven, allow to cool.

In a small container mix the salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise with lemon juice, "Mach", Dijon mustard.
