Sponge cake
I offer you the recipe of biscuit cake with lemon-curd cream, the cream cheese curd, cream and jam TM "Maheev"

Ingredients

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Water

    12 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Jam

    700 g

  • Cheese curd

    250 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add 4 tablespoons of water and beat with a whisk or as I like to head test

Gradually add sugar, continuing to whisk the egg mixture until the status light thick mass

Melt the butter, give it to cool slightly and add the beaten egg to the cream

Put biscuit mix in a baking dish with oiled parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven till 200 degree for about 15 min. Focus on your oven

1 tbsp gelatin pour 4 tablespoons of water. Let it swell for 5 minutes.

Prepare the cream: in the bowl of the mixer put the cream cheese, 300 g lemon jam, "Mach", icing sugar, cream and whisk until fluffy cream.

Gelatin heat on a water bath or in the microwave until dissolved, add gelatin to the cream, a little whisk and spread lemon curd cream on the cake, even it with a spatula and refrigerate for 1 hour

Jelly: 1 tablespoon gelatin pour 4 tablespoons of water. Let it swell for 5 minutes. 400 g lemon jam "Mahe" wipe through a sieve.

Gelatin heat on a water bath or in the microwave until dissolved. Add the jam and spread the obtained jelly on a layer of lemon curd cream. Decorate the cake slices of lemon. Remove the cake in the fridge for a few hours. I left the cake in the refrigerator overnight
