Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add 4 tablespoons of water and beat with a whisk or as I like to head test
Gradually add sugar, continuing to whisk the egg mixture until the status light thick mass

Separately, beat egg whites until fluffy white foam
Gently mix them to the yolk cream
Mix the sifted flour with starch and gradually incite them to received the egg-sugar mass
Put biscuit mix in a baking dish with oiled parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven till 200 degree for about 15 min. Focus on your oven
The finished cake to cool, placed in a split mold for cake
1 tbsp gelatin pour 4 tablespoons of water. Let it swell for 5 minutes.
Prepare the cream: in the bowl of the mixer put the cream cheese, 300 g lemon jam, "Mach", icing sugar, cream and whisk until fluffy cream.

Gelatin heat on a water bath or in the microwave until dissolved. Add the jam and spread the obtained jelly on a layer of lemon curd cream. Decorate the cake slices of lemon. Remove the cake in the fridge for a few hours. I left the cake in the refrigerator overnight
