Tender meat in a spicy marinade and surrounded by your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    3 tsp

  • Basil

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

  • Sauce

Eggplant cut crosswise in half and slice lengthwise into strips, salt and leave for 30 minutes.

Tomato cut into slices.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, garlic - thin strips, cilantro finely chopped.

Cut the meat into portions small pieces and repel.

Dissolve the tomato paste in 150 ml of water. Marinate the meat in the tomato paste, onion, garlic, the cilantro, add spices and stir. Leave in a cold place for 1-1,5 hours.

Wash the eggplant thoroughly (!!!), squeeze and dry with a towel. In a baking dish lay 1 layer of eggplant, 2nd layer - meat.

3 layer the eggplant, alternating with tomatoes and top with the onion, garlic and cilantro (from the marinade).

Make the filling: whisk milk with egg and cheese sauce - pour. Put in a preheated 200 gr. oven and bake for about 1H 20 min (depending on oven) for 10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese (I Suluguni).
