Long I looked for this recipe online, did not dare cook))could Not imagine the combination of spinach with sugar and white chocolate! Prepared and... regretted... regretted that so little cooked!!! Very, very tasty muffins!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    85 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • White chocolate

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Vanilla

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Beat egg with sugar and vanilla (just add a little) in the lush foam.

Spinach thaw and blend it with a blender

To egg mixture add oil and spinach puree, whisk until smooth

Flour mixed with baking powder, sift into the egg-spinach mixture and whip.

Chocolate melt in a water bath, cool to room temperature, add to the batter and beat again

Spread the dough over the cups (fill 2/3) and bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 20 minutes. Optional ready-made cupcakes to decorate with cream and sugar beads.
