Description

Limbourgian fruit flan
Soft, fluffy cake with a strong taste of peaches and a layer of rice, boiled in milk with vanilla. Very tasty and very unusual.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    35 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Figure

  • Peach

Melt the butter in 100 ml of warm milk.
