Cooking
Dry the almonds put into a suitable bowl and fill with boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the water, remove the skins and dry the almonds on a dry pan. It can be a little fry, if desired.
Dried blueberries grind in any convenient way: the smaller, the better. I used the grinder.
Beat cream, gradually add about 2/3 of crushed blueberries. You can add sugar, but cookies Savoiardi in itself is pretty sweet. Add rum or rum essence.
Cookies grind in a meat grinder. It is very fast and convenient.
Part of the grind with the remaining almonds in a coffee grinder blueberries. This will be the topping for our purple beauties.
Grind the remaining almonds. The consistency of the almonds with your choice. I like not too finely ground almonds, which is well noticeable in the cake.
Here are our preparations for the cake.
Now carefully add the cookie into the cream, mix and add the light almond. Carefully blend. The resulting mass is very easily molded. You can try on the sweetness, if you want, add powdered sugar.
As my youngest daughter is a fan of cocoa, the portion of potatoes I decided to roll them in cocoa, mixed with sugar powder.
I got most of it rolled in almond crumbs with blueberries.
Further, if desired, make the eyes on the potatoes with butter or chocolate. Send cakes in the refrigerator for you still!!! The first two potatoes "went" to the girl eldest child.
Bon appetit!!! I just want to note that such potatoes turns out very airy, moderately sweet and incredibly tender!!!
