Chicken wings... Well, who doesn't? For this recipe, thanks to orange icing, they taste with a sweet spicy note that is reminiscent of Chinese or Indian food.

Cooking
In a saucepan heat olive oil, fry the chopped garlic.
Add the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, honey, ginger and pepper. Mix well, reduce the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes until thick.
Wings wash, dry. Cut a thin phalanx, we won't need it.
Pour cooked marinade on wings and let stand 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes, periodically lubricating the remaining marinade. Serve in the pan. Bon appetit!
