Fine ground barley soaked in water for 30 min, then wash, pour in boiling milk, add 1 tbsp butter and salt to taste. When the porridge thickens, put it on a baking sheet.
Add sour cream, egg, mix thoroughly.
Porridge flatten, put thin slices of butter (or you can pre-melt it and drizzle with porridge), put in a preheated at 175 degree oven and bake for 7 minutes. Before serving, pour melted butter.
