Description

Rye bread with juniper berries
Recently became a happy owner of a bread machine. Testing and examining the simple recipes and then "walk" recipes "cook", I wanted something else. Having bought on the occasion of the malt, I decided to start searching for recipes with it. One of the sites found a recipe that interested me more and the presence of juniper berries (recently received a bag of these berries as a gift and now I can't pass up a recipe with them). For the recipe thanks to author Nina. And I want to dedicate two cooks Tanya (Vodolaga) - her recipes led me to baking, and Elvira (zjefirka) for her attention.

Cooking

step-0
Here is a set of products we need.
step-1
Downloadable all ingredients in bread machine according to instructions. In my first go liquid, then dry ingredients, and lastly the flour and yeast on top. Juniper berries you can leave whole, can crush, that's what I did.
step-2
Set the mode of "French bread", the size of a small loaf (I have a 650 g), crust color choose to your taste, I prefer medium. In my CP cakes on this mode lasts 3 hours and 40 minutes. All this time, you can go about your business, but don't forget to check the "bun", you may have to add flour or water. I got this "handsome".
step-3
Of the signal after the end of the cooking time carefully extracted the bread from the mold and spread on a grate to cool. Here begins the most difficult, yet during baking, the aroma around the house is just magical, and now here he is - the bread, only a hand stretch, but not impossible.
step-4
I personally, I confess, full cooling of the bread did not wait, once it cooled down enough to be able to hold hands, so once and cut. It turned out flavorful, soft bread with a crispy crust, mmmm :)
