Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yeast

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

Cooking

Knead the dough from all the ingredients. To put the heat on for 1.5 hours. Allow to rise, punch down. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

Our dough is ready, it came up twice, very soft and elastic. While suitable dough, make filling, forgot to take a picture. Shinkuem cabbage, stew, dobavlaet 2 boiled sliced eggs to the stuffing, ketchup, horseradish, salt and stew until ready.

Spread the dough on the parchment, a little grease with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough layer, spread on trays, cut border strips as in the photo.
