Potato dumplings in tomato sauce with leeks and Basil. A great alternative to the usual side dishes! :)

Cooking
For preparation will need: -potatoes-500 g flour-150 g leeks-1 piece tomato paste-1 small jar of tomatoes in own juice-1 Bank (I have cherry) -Basil-1 bunch Sol-to taste
Potatoes clean and boil until tender.
To mash these potatoes in mashed potatoes, let them cool down. Add the flour and knead the dough.
From the test roll of sausage with a thickness of about 2 cm and cut into small dumplings width.
For the sauce cut into rings white parts of the leeks.
Fry it in vegetable oil. Add the tomato paste, juice from tomatoes, salt to taste.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then add peeled tomatoes.
Add it to the prepared sauce and stir.
Dumplings boil in salted water. As soon as they pop up, immediately remove them with a slotted spoon and place in the sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. You can try to bake the gnocchi in the oven or boil them, fry in a pan until brown, and then add to the sauce.
