Salmon fried
Very tasty, juicy and flavorful fish. It turns out softer gentle. One of the best choices I have ever tried. The marinade is off the hook!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    0.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Mix in a bowl to marinate with honey, soy sauce, red chili peppers, sweet chili sauce, the zest and juice of lemon

Fish cut into small pieces-fillet, and send to marinate for 30 min.

In a hot pan with plenty of oil fry the pieces of fish for 40 seconds on each side. Fish fried in deep fat. Fish on a platter. Oil to drain, it we will not need them

In the remaining marinade from the fish, add 50 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of starch, mix well. In a hot pan with a small amount of olive oil pour the marinade and stir constantly until thick.
