Cooking
Boil corn grits: water with milk pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stir in grits and simmer until kasha is tender and liquid is evaporated (about 7-10 minutes), stir periodically to keep it from baking. When the semolina is cooked, place it to cool!
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, to avoid lumps.
In curd add the egg yolks, vanilla, half of the sour cream and the cooled corn porridge. Knead, add the softened butter (if you want dietary option, not adding) - stir again thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until peaks.
In two parts, enter the proteins in the cottage cheese.
The form for baking grease with vegetable oil and a good sprinkle crushed crackers (or a small amount of flour). Put the cottage cheese in the form and send bake at 180 degrees until a nice Golden brown (about 20 minutes)
While the casserole is in the oven, prepare the sauce. To do this in a saucepan on a slow fire boil a couple of handfuls of any berries (this can be cherries, raspberries, and blueberries - all that comes to mind), you can add a few tbsp of sugar or, if it diatrizoate, add the sugar substitute! 5-7 minutes boil down.
The finished casserole to cool slightly and cut into pieces.
On each plate put sour cream and pour the berry sauce. Bon appetit!
