Egg muffins
Quick and easy to prepare muffins, an excellent replacement for your morning scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Milk

    70 ml

  • Dill

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

On a preheated pan with a little sunflower oil, fry slices of fragrant bacon until lightly Golden brown.

Grind the bacon.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl and begin to turn them into a homogeneous mass with milk.

Now add to muffins our highlight. Cheese grate on a coarse grater, and together with bacon added to eggs, then our the egg mixture cut dill, or other herbs to your taste.

And now we distribute the egg mixture on the forms, if you bake muffins in a metal mold, then be sure to brush with oil, and silicone molds to grease is not necessary.
