Manna on kefir chocolate
Manna is an easy and favorite of many cake-based semolina. Manna chocolate is simple and has a very light and pleasant chocolate taste. The manna tastes like a chocolate sponge cake and crumbly lightweight structure.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.01 g

  • Salt

    0.01 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    20 g

Cooking

Prepare the necessary products.

Egg whisk with sugar.

Continuing to whisk, add the yogurt, then the semolina, baking powder and vanilla.

Added pre-melted butter. Give mass to stand for a bit to semolina swollen. (I left 40 min)

Pour chocolate mixture a mixture in a greased silicone form. Bake manna at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Ready manna remove from the mold and allowed to cool.
