Tomato salsa
Serves spicy raw tomato appetizer. Serve salsa immediately as seasoning to any dish, it is good with fresh bread or tortillas. My recipe is far from original, but it was very tasty, let me be forgiven the Mexicans for the lack of cilantro.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    130 g

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    3 sprig

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Tomatoes cut into cubes. Onion and garlic chop, add to them the lemon juice, salt, red pepper, coriander.

The parsley (the original must be the coriander, but we don't have it, so I got parsley and some cilantro) chop and add to the onions with the garlic.

Mix well.
