Pulgogi
Bulgogi is a very popular Korean dish of thinly sliced grilled beef or pork marinated in soy sauce with sesame oil, green onions, garlic and seasonings. This recipe was greeted me in a cooking magazine and I immediately decided to repeat it. Now I am happy to share with You. Meat plays all tastes moderately salty, spicy, with a slight sweet taste.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Onion

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Wine white sweet

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Chili

First, make the marinade. Clean pear peeled and RUB on a small grater. Garlic skip through the press. Chili pepper finely chop. Mix pear puree, garlic and chilli with the remaining ingredients for the marinade.
