Chicken fillet with beans
A fairly simple dish, a small amount of ingredients, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cooking

Onion and garlic chop, fry in vegetable oil until soft. Pepper finely chop and add to the frying pan to the onions and garlic, continue to cook for about 3 minutes.

Then add the cumin, oregano, cloves, red pepper, mix well. Chicken fillet cut into small strips, add to pan and fry, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.

Then add chicken broth, salt, stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Then add the beans and tomato paste, mix well and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Serve with rice or bulgur, sprinkled with finely narezany parsley. BON APPETIT!!!
