Meat grind in a meat.
Carrots, potatoes, onions and garlic RUB on a small grater...
...pour into a bowl, add the egg, minced meat, semolina, nutmeg, salt, pepper...
...and think all of this mix.
Then spread about 1 tbsp of mincemeat into each mould (mold grease Rast. oil) and form by using a teaspoon of meat "holes".
Next, prepare our filling. Wash tomatoes, cucumbers a little (if needed) to shorten so they can fit in our holes, egg cut into 4 circles (alternatively, you can still put in a muffin whole, a little cooked spinach, a slice of canned pineapple or a slice of cheese). I personally next time I do :))
Now spread the filling in the "holes"...
...and wrap it in the stuffing. If you have some minced meat, then you need to distribute it evenly over the forms. I got 12 stuff.
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
