Caramelized cauliflower with chocolate jelly
In this recipe, the unusual combination of cauliflower and chocolate jelly. Try it, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Water

    15 tsp

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

Put the cabbage in a baking tray lined with foil.

Sprinkle cabbage with vegetable oil and sprinkle a little sugar, if you are a fan of extreme sports, then a little sunflower. Cook cabbage in the oven at 200 °C for about 20-30 minutes (flip the slices after 15 minutes). The finished sprouts should be caramelized crust.

To prepare the jelly: stir in 2 tsp of gelatin in a bowl, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder. Pour 12 tbsp of cold boiled water, stir well and leave for 5-10 minutes.

When gelatin swells, heat it, without boiling, and then pour into a dish, to the height of gelatine was at least 1 cm of Jelly and leave in refrigerator until firm.
