Fruit rice-Italian
A light and airy dessert will decorate any festive table and will give you unforgettable pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Strawberry

    0.5 kg

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Put the raisins in warm water.

Rice add water, bring to boil, drain, rinse under running water.

Milk to boil with 100 g sugar, salt, chopped lemon zest. Add the rice, strained raisins, butter, leave on low heat until the rice is tender.

Put the rice in a bowl, cool and mix with beaten egg yolks.

Grease a baking dish with oil

Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and lay out the rice.

Strawberries wash, dry and cut into 4 pieces,

And boil in the syrup with 1/2 l water, 200 g of Mar. sand + lemon juice, ~2 min.

When strawberries will be ready, drain and spread the rice.

Beat 3 egg whites, adding powdered sugar. Cooked meringue to decorate the strawberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar and place in hot oven, bake until Golden hue at t 160-180 C.
