Pasta with a sauce of mascarpone and orange juice
An amazing dish! With salted trout!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Mascarpone

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Trout

    350 g

  • Spices

Onions and dill finely chopped. Zest to RUB on a grater. Squeeze the juice from the orange.

Fry the onions with the addition of butter.

Add sour cream, mascarpone. Stir and warm up.

To the cheese mixture add the dill, mustard seeds, orange zest, pepper, a little salt and Dijon mustard.

Mix well. Add the diced trout and pour in the orange juice. Mix well and warm on low heat 7 minutes.

Boil the pasta. Place on a plate. From top to pour the sauce. Bon appetit!
