    300 g

  • Eggplant

    200 g

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Green olives

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

step-0
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices 5mm thick.
step-1
Because now is not the season of eggplant, I got frozen, cut into slices. Thawed do not end up remaining moisture will give extra juiciness to the dish.
step-2
The form in which we bake the dish a little grease with vegetable oil. Spread 2/3 of the potato, sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper and spices for the potatoes to Your taste.
step-3
Sprinkle the eggplant also a little salt.
step-4
Put the mince, spreading it over the surface. I take mixed minced meat (pork+beef), but the stuffing can be any. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with pepper and spices to taste (I have a set of spices for minced meat).
step-5
Olives cut into rings and spread on meat. The amount depends on Your preference (not everyone loves them). Tomato cut into slices and spread in a single layer, season with a little salt (sorry, I have he was absent). Spread the remaining potatoes. I have had not enough, but a few circles of eggplant.
step-6
To make the sauce - mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic. Spread the sauce smooth.
step-7
Hard cheese to grate, spread top evenly.
step-8
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees about 30-40 minutes (depending on thickness of the resulting casseroles). Willingness to test for piercing the pudding with a knife - potatoes and eggplant should be soft. And, of course, crispy Golden cheese crust, mmmmmm...
step-9
The resulting casserole is not like the usual French fries, very juicy and flavorful. Sauce with garlic perfectly "friendly" with eggplant, olives give a savory dish! In General, this is a must try! The husband ate two servings, in an hour the procedure was repeated :). I stayed in a small corner, which somehow grabbed for the photo.
