Meatballs
Delicious meatballs with dill and onion sauce! Delicious and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Dill

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Semi-dry red wine

    30 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Boil the rice, mix it with the meat. Add spices.

The resulting meat to beat (rolling up into a ball, throwing on the table). Roll small meatballs (I got 15 pieces). Fry the meatballs with 2 sides, reduce the heat, cover, simmer 5 minutes.

Finely chop the dill.

Mix in a bowl 2 eggs and dill.

Pour meatball mixture. After 1 minute turn off the stove.

Sauce. Fry finely chopped onion until Golden brown. Add the wine; when the wine is evaporated, add sour cream and mix well.

On a platter meatballs together with "pads" of eggs. Cover with the sauce.
