Description
Fajita (fajita Spanish), mn. h fajitas (fajitas) — a dish of Mexican cuisine, which is a wrapped in a flour tortilla (soft wheat tortilla) grilled and sliced strips of meat with vegetables. This files most often beef, but also pork, chicken, sometimes seafood. Meat is often added sour cream, guacamole, salsa, Pico de Gallo, cheese and tomatoes.

Cooking
Our ingredients are.
Cut into julienne the pepper and onion half-rings. Stir and sprinkle with salt, Basil, oregano, garlic and pepper.
