Description
We make them for Easter, but you can on any holidays - children always interesting :-) Despite the fact that yeast dough, they taste something between a muffin and a cupcake. My daughter says: "Natural beautiful dough, well, very natural."

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. Good mood for SURE!
Sift the flour into a bowl, stir in yeast. Add the milk, salt, sugar, 2 eggs, almond crumb (lemon zest for an Amateur). Knead the dough, well, well mash it with your hands. Dough likes warm hands. Knead until the saturation of the air (you will feel it is very elastic and not sticky). Place the bowl with the dough in a warm place (cover with a napkin, so as not to dry) to increase in volume twice.
I do small birds: 9 balls-9 torso and a small lump-head.
To make in a big ball pit, brush with yolk and put in there head. Then make an incision on the sides of the wings, and behind 2-3 cut the tail.
To make eyes - you can use cloves, it is possible raisins, and you can then draw with frosting. The beak is an almond (I take half along). So it was convenient to insert the eyes and beak, I do little tiny incisions. We put our birds on the delay and before landing in the oven grease with a yolk (mixed with milk)
They are baked 20-25 minutes. We did these birds and of the ordinary pastry. Then they get bigger, but from this test, my kids like it more (it's more a cupcake)
