Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Yeast dilute with the addition of 1 tbsp. sugar in a small amount of warm milk.
In flour make a hole and pour the yeast mixture and milk. Let stand for 20 minutes. Then to mix.
Add the remaining ingredients: sugar, pinch of salt, egg, softened butter and the remaining milk.
Mix it all together. I mixed with a mixer, with the kneading tool on the lowest speed.
Now cover the dough with either plastic wrap or a towel and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours to come. Time approach depends on the yeast. I took well over 2 hours.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Chop walnuts in blender.
The raisins must be washed and pour boiling water to stand 30 minutes.
Put chopped nuts in bowl which can be put on the fire. Add the cream, honey and butter. Put on the fire. Stirring constantly, on low heat bring to a boil. Weight at first will seem liquid, but then it thickens.
Grind the biscuits, and the best cookies type "Anniversary" in a blender.
The mass that has cooled down and has thickened, add the breadcrumbs and raisins.
Meanwhile came the dough.
Sprinkle flour on working surface, spread the dough a little and it will pomnim hands.
Then give it an oval formation. Now the retreat... experience has shown that to give the test form and also to perform manipulations better on a greased baking sheet. To shift then it is difficult, the dough is very delicate.
Put on the dough stuffing.
Collapsible roll, but with two sides. That is, start with one side, get to the middle and turn on the other.
That's the gingerbread I have on a baking sheet greased with butter. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The pan is better to take a little in the oven so it was warm. Leave for 20 minutes for proofing.
I decorated the gingerbread butterflies from the dough. Left dough the size of a walnut and cut out butterflies. Bake for about an hour. It all depends on Your oven.
You can sprinkle sugar powder. Bon appétit!!! AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
