Corn fritters of squid and fish
These pancakes indulged my husband my mother in law, and now and I try to keep up;) But it's added in them, even the octopus, but it was something on Sakhalin! Here on the mainland, a good octopus will not find, so do with what you get;) Very tender, tasty and unusual! I sincerely recommend you to try them.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Corn flour

    60 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut into small cubes of squid.

Add all the spices and mix well.

Then the egg.

The flour and stir again. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Fry on medium heat in vegetable oil until Golden brown first on one side.
