Roll apricot-lemon

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Starch

    30 g

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Gelatin

    4 g

  • Apricot

    1 can

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

To prepare the ingredients

Knead the dough of the proposed ingredients. Baking tray lay parchment paper, grease with butter. Put the dough and spread evenly.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 7-10 min.

On a dry kitchen towel sprinkle with sugar, lay biscuit and twist roll. Allow to cool.

To prepare the ingredients for the filling

Drain the apricots, fold in the bowl of a blender and blend into a puree, add juice and liqueur, gelatin.

Whip cream

Mix the yoghurt , icing sugar, lemon juice, zest, liqueur and gelatin.

Mix the cream with cream

Roll to deploy, spread a puree of apricots and cream. Dot to soak, to decorate.
