Muffins with dried apricots and white chocolate
Flavored cupcakes with a spicy smell of bitter almonds.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • White chocolate

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Essence

  • Dried apricots

    12 piece

The oven is heated to 180 C. beat the Eggs with the sugar until fluffy bubbly mass. Melt in a water bath the chocolate and add, along with oil and vanilla to the egg mass. Mix. Sift the flour and combine with the mixture. Add the sliced dried apricots. Crushed apricot kernels (or take a few drops of almond essence) and mix with the mass. Grease molds with oil and sprinkle lightly with flour or put paper forms into molds. Fill molds 2/3 of the dough (if you took the whole dried apricots, then put in each mold 1 berry). I got 12 pieces. Bake until Golden brown about 20-25 minutes.
