Simple sour glazed cupcakes for lovers of citrus cakes

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar

    90 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    200 ml

  • Lemon peel

Heat the oven to 180*C. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the egg. Sift the flour and baking powder. Add to oil mixture. Again all beat. Add the milk, lime juice and zest. Fill the molds to 2/3, because the dough rises. Bake for 20 minutes until dry splinter. Remove form the oven and 10 minutes to hold the cupcakes in shape. But not anymore, so they do not become otmachine. Mix the lime juice with the powder. Pour frosting cupcakes and decorate grated zest.
