Cooking
Chicken breast mince.
Grate white bread. 1/2 bouillon cube to crumble.
The crumbs and the cubes, add the ground beef, chopped parsley and grated on a fine grater onion.
Then add grated on a coarse grater, peeled and seed boxes of apples.
Mince and knead thoroughly.
With wet hands roll of minced small meatballs, to run in flour and fry them in a deep saute pan from all sides.
Flour to mix well with sour cream, add bouillon or water, salt and pepper. Pour the meatballs sauce.
Bring to boil and cook on low heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
Serve with potatoes or any other your favorite side dish, watering sauce. Bon appetit!!!
