Bami
This is one of my favorite Arabic dishes. For Russia it is quite unusual, but very tasty. I hope you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Okra

    0.5 kg

  • Lamb

    100 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 tsp

  • Grapes

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

Clean and rinse Bami.

Onions finely cut and slightly fry in the pan for lamb fat. Add the chopped garlic and ground coriander seeds. Fry until Golden brown, stirring constantly.

Reduce the heat to low. Add to roasting Bami mix. Cover and simmer until Bami will not change color, occasionally stirring gently.
