This is one of my favorite Arabic dishes. For Russia it is quite unusual, but very tasty. I hope you will like it!

Cooking
Clean and rinse Bami.
Onions finely cut and slightly fry in the pan for lamb fat. Add the chopped garlic and ground coriander seeds. Fry until Golden brown, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to low. Add to roasting Bami mix. Cover and simmer until Bami will not change color, occasionally stirring gently. Oh, I almost forgot - if you take the frozen Bami, the pre-razmarivaet her under, and once in a pot roast to fall asleep and mix in the future carefully so that the pods didn't open.
In the meantime, chop our tomatoes (I rubbed on a grater).
And fry the meat in a skillet.
As soon as Bami was like this,
add the meat, tomatoes and grape acid (the juice of unripe grapes, can be replaced with lemon juice) and salt to taste. Optionally, add the tomato paste, I added. I advise you to try to sour after salt. Stir and simmer under the lid on low heat for another 30-40 minutes.
