Apple Kuchen white wine
Apple pie is never too much! Pies with apples are found in many cuisines of the world. German is not an exception, because if I'm not mistaken Kuchen is cake. The recipe for this pie was published five years ago on one of the cooking sites cook Irina Haas. Many thanks to her for the recipe! Since the fall at least once I bake this pie. Pie is simple to prepare, uses ingredients that you can buy in any shop in walking distance. It turns out a decent size and very flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

  • Dry white wine

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Flour

  • Apple

  • Butter

    75 g

Cooking

Measure out 1 tbsp of sugar.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisking pour in vegetable oil. Add the wine. Mix well.

Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour and knead the dough.

Form (I have a 25 cm by 20 cm, but can be more) oil. Pour the batter, flatten. Apples wash, dry, peel, remove the core and cut into slices. Spread on the dough, slightly sinking.

For strazile mix the flour, sugar and butter to a state of crumbs.

Sprinkle on top of pie strategem. Put in the preheated oven.

Bake at 190C for 35-40 minutes. Cake to cool in the form. Then cut into portions and serve.
