Quiche with pumpkin and vanilla
Today will bake a quiche with pumpkin. Sweet, sweet filling.. crumbly dough! Looks nice on the table. And for a gift would be wonderful! And gift this to our beloved Oksanochka (Ogiway), for a good man, a wonderful girlfriend! Happy Birthday, my dear!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Pumpkin

    700 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    50 g

Cooking

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough.

Knead the dough.

Spread into the prepared baking dish 25cm. Moulded high sides. Several times to pierce the dough with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 200g for 15 minutes. Remove the pan with the pie shell from the oven, allow to cool.

Pumpkin clean and cut into pieces. Cover with water and boil for about 15 minutes (until tender) to Razmikovich into a puree. Leave to cool to room temperature.

To the cooled pumpkin puree, add sugar, egg, cheese and pudding. Mixem until smooth.

Spread pumpkin filling on the body. Flatten with a spoon. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 15 minutes. The filling should be well set.

To get the quiche out of the oven. Allow to cool in the form.

In 150g cold milk to dissolve pudding.

The remaining 350g of milk bring to a boil. Stream enter divorced pudding, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. If the pudding is still not thick, then cook for a few minutes until thick.

Remove from heat pudding and cover it with plastic wrap (on contact), completely cooled.

Cool vanilla filling razmikovich a few minutes to get rid of the pieces (if they appeared) Apply vanilla the filling over pumpkin filling. Flatten. Put the quiche in the fridge for a couple of hours. I stood in the night.

On a dry pan heat the sugar, add the pumpkin seeds. Stir, add 2 tablespoons of water (carefully!) Constantly stir until all seeds are not in a sugar caramel.

Spread on a baking paper. Cool.

Cold, ready-made quiche sprinkled with caramelized sunflower seeds.
