Cooking
Mix warm water, yeast, Molasses and 1st. a spoonful of cocoa. Put in a warm place until the yeast started to work.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, cumin, salt and bulgur.
Coming up to pour the yeast into the dry mixture. Knead the dough. I have this work makes a food processor. If you work with your hands, then knead for at least 10 minutes. The dough is elastic and soft. Cover with a towel and let rise.
The dough should double in size.
Punch down the dough right in the bowl.
Spread batter in prepared pan. Cover with a towel and let rise another 30 minutes. Can this bread to bake and without form. Just form a "brick" and put it on podgotovleny baking sheet.
After half an hour lightly grease the top of dough with water. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 200gr.10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180 and bake for another 30 minutes.
