Here are the beauties brought my son. Is SNAPPER not sure how they are called in Russian.
Tomatoes, ginger, garlic and mint finely chop. Carrots cut into slices.
Sesame oil, lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and pepper mix with tomatoes and spices.
Part of the tomato mix spread on prepared foil.
On top lay the fish on the fish - the carrot.
Pour tomato sauce, tightly wrap the foil and put in the fridge for an hour. Bake 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 ° C. Bon APPETIT!
