Baked fish in Vietnamese
My son this past weekend came from fishing with a big catch. And I made a fish day. Rummaged through the Internet and found fish in Vietnamese: it came out very juicy, spicy fish. Photo raw fish, unfortunately, could not take pictures. Arrived hungry "Seagull", and in the confusion forgot.

  • Carrots

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Tomatoes, ginger, garlic and mint finely chop. Carrots cut into slices.

Sesame oil, lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and pepper mix with tomatoes and spices.

Part of the tomato mix spread on prepared foil.

Pour tomato sauce, tightly wrap the foil and put in the fridge for an hour. Bake 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 ° C. Bon APPETIT!
