Baked potato (with vegetables and mushrooms)
Baked potatoes stuffed with vegetables and mushrooms. Delicious, but takes a lot of time

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    12 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetables

    1 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    500 g

  • Sour cream

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

Cooking

12 large potatoes cut in half. To remove the "guts" :-D .

chop the mushrooms

Mushrooms, celery, bell pepper

Onion, peas, dried vegetables and seasoning

Sour cream

Sprinkle ground black pepper and mix well

Put the filling inside the potato

Top to cover cheese

All the halves spread on oiled pan. The top of the pan cover with foil for 30 minutes. Put in the oven to bake. The temperature 180-200 gr. Cooking time approximately 60 minutes (at least). Don't forget to remove the foil so that the top of the potatoes flushed.
