Bavarian Apple pie
Tender pie dough with ricotta and apples is perfect for a family tea. Light, tasty, with a pleasant aroma of fresh apples will appeal to all. Cook for health!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Sugar

To prepare the dough. In the bowl of a blender beat butter room temperature and sugar.

Gradually in several stages to enter the sifted flour and vanilla.

Knead a soft dough.

Apples are clean and free from seeds. Cut into thin slices.

Sprinkle pie with cinnamon and sugar. Send cake in a preheated oven (200 degrees). Bake for 10 minutes. Then the oven power to turn down to 180 degrees and continue to bake pie for another 30 minutes.
