White bread with the aroma of olive oil, cheese and rosemary. We have already for some years, gave up bread industrial production, eating bread prepared with his own hands. This recipe was born. as nostalgia for the Mediterranean. The recipe is very simple and the bread is delicious. Due to the fact that by first education I'm a techie, my motto in life is: "If you can be trusted with technology - let the technology and work". So I use the appliances, in this case a bread machine. But I don't like the final cooking process in bread - baking, so as there is no molded "bricks" of the soul, and therefore, the baking process only in manual version.

Cooking
Pour into the bread machine pan water. Add to it the salt and olive oil. Measure out the flour. Mix it with yeast, sugar and rosemary. RUB on a coarse grater cheese. When we see that begins to form a bun - add cheese.
