Banana muesli bars
Golden, flavorful granola bars! Rich, sweet but no sugar! All the sweetness from banana and dried fruit - dates, dried apricots and raisins!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    175 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Cards

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    175 g

  • Oat flakes

    130 g

  • Flax seeds

    30 g

  • Sesame

    50 g

  • Seeds

    15 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Dry milk

    50 g

Cooking

In the bowl of a blender combine the banana slices, dates (seeds previously removed) and pieces of dried apricots. Pour the yogurt, beat well.

In a bowl, combine cereal, raisins, sesame seeds, Chia seeds and flax, mix well.

Add dry milk. Mix well.

Pour the banana-yogurt mixture. Mix well until smooth (if you feel the mixture is too wet - add a little oatmeal, conversely, if the dry - add a little yogurt).

Form for baking lay a paper for baking. Spread the mixture evenly with your hands over the entire surface (the size of my mold 18 cm x 25 cm). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Then remove from the oven, release from the mold, cut into serving-size bars and allow to cool.
