Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    400 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

Mix ricotta, sugar and vanilla seeds struck.

In a separate container whip the cream in a cool stable foam

Gently combine the ricotta with the sugar and cream. Mix thoroughly.

Freeze 6 hours. Ice cream is quite oily, tastes best when served with berries.
