Wheat bread with beer
Delicious bread with a weightless airy crumb, crispy crust and aroma of rye malt!!! Delight!!! Help yourself!!! The taste of bread is reminiscent of custard bread, although nothing brewing had... and the color is a bit uneven... I think due to the very cold beer... it is better to take all the ingredients at room temperature...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Beer

    370 ml

  • Malt

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Oil mustard

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients. Sift the flour. Download all in the bucket x/p according to the instructions.

To put the program "Basic" or "plain white bread".

After 4 hours or so we get fragrant bread!!!

Take out. Cool. Cover with a towel. Cut after complete cooling... although, as a rule, it's impossible... cut warm...
