Oatmeal wreath with apples
I love the pastries with the addition of oatmeal, always so fragrant. And if even with my favorite apples - and all wonderful! Today baked here's a festive wreath, I want to congratulate everyone on palm Sunday! And especially want to buy a piece of fresh cake flavored with a Cup of hot tea, Vicosa –ms victoria. Ingredients

  • Serum

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Oat flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 handful

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 handful

The dough I kneaded in the bread machine. In a little warm whey from my homemade yogurt is to put the sugar, egg, oil and salt. Pour the sifted oat and wheat flour. RUB in the palms of a handful of Hercules, leaving a little for sprinkling. Add yeast.

The finished dough divided into three parts, podcating in smooth sausages and twist them sideways. To complete with a wreath and put into a greased form. Between the turns of the spit, insert the Apple slices – I put peel. Pour over the egg yolk with milk, sprinkle little crystals of brown sugar and oats.
