Tarte
Cottage cheese is a miracle!!! Dish - the fruit of my mother's imagination, because my kids agree to eat cheese just like this. Tarte softer than a casserole and lighter than a cheesecake. Raspberry topping is a wonderful addition - colorful and delicious!!! And Paradise - of course thanks to the coconut!!!

Cooking

step-0
Dough. I love the absolutely fresh dough. It does not distract from the taste of the filling, and together with the pleasantly crumbly and tender. So. Softened butter is triturated with flour. Add eggs. Gather the dough into a ball and sent hour in the refrigerator. The specified number of test enough for two pies, but I always do it with the stock and the store, if you need a few days in the fridge.
step-1
Let's prepare the filling. In a suitable container put cheese, coconut cream and sugar syrup.
step-2
The immersion blender turn everything into a smooth tender mass without lumps. Add corn starch and a little more to run blender.
step-3
Cut white chocolate into small pieces.
step-4
Get the dough from the refrigerator and roll out a circle a little more than a form of the desired thickness. I wanted to make the dough thicker.
step-5
Transfer the batter into the baking dish and cut the excess dough roller or what You prefer. Spread on dough pieces of white chocolate.
step-6
In cottage cheese add shredded coconut and stir. I add the chips not only for the taste, and even more as the absorbent. Shavings will absorb excess moisture and filling will not be runny. Include heating up the oven 180*
step-7
Spread the cheese mass on the dough. Sprinkle the top with almonds.
step-8
Sent our miracle in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!! My duhovochku, loves to fool around, so I put on the top of a blank sheet and after heating slightly lower temperature...
step-9
Will do the topping. Defrost the raspberries.
step-10
Wipe the defrosted raspberries through a sieve or squeeze through cheesecloth into a suitable stanicek.
step-11
Add the sugar and the starch. Mix well.
step-12
On low heat, gradually stirring well to heat. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Install fire and stirring boil until desired consistency. I boil to a thick jelly.
step-13
Tart is ready!!! Cheese pastry rises in the oven, even without eggs, then a little shed. Don't worry, as it should be.
step-14
Take out the tart from the oven and allow to cool a little in shape.
step-15
Take out of shape. Completely cools!!! Bon appetit!!!
