The girls posted three recipe pancakes with a filling of dates. They are all different and all differ from the version that I want to offer. In fact, this filling is suitable for cakes in Lebanon. But these cakes should be fried in deep fat, and we don't eat pies. So I ventured to use a filling for pancakes. It was very tasty.

Cooking
Dates remove seeds.
Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the dates in a colander and squeeze out excess water.
Put the figs and honey in a blender and grind to a fine paste.
Slowly pour the juice – the filling needs to be thick.
Add to ground nuts. Mix well.
To prepare the dough. 2 cups whole wheat flour 1-2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp soda, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 600 ml milk, 2 small whispers of citric acid, a little water. Sift the flour to the pan and mix thoroughly. Add sugar, salt and soda. Pour about half of the slightly warmed milk. Knead the dough until smooth. To drive the egg yolks and mix again. Then pour rest of the milk and stir the dough until smooth. Pour in the oil, mix well. Vzbit proteins in the lush foam. Citric acid diluted in a little water and pour in the batter, mix quickly. In the end add whipped whites and stir them into the dough. Bake thin pancakes.
On the pancake to put the stuffing.
Then raise the lower part of the pancake toppings.
Tuck the corners under the filling. Will get these cute, plump triangles.
