Cooking
In a container pour the sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the three eggs. All stir.
The resulting dough pour in the oil and milk. Beat with a mixer thoroughly.
In a greased form pour half of dough
Rinse the raisins and squeeze.
The top layer of dough to lay out steamed and washed the raisins.
On top of the raisins cut in small cubes Apple. (that I thought no time and cut the plates... was wrong!)
Over the apples pour remaining dough. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until tender.
Readiness check with a toothpick. My cupcake was baked for 40 minutes.
Let cool, remove from the mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
