Cooking
Chop chilled, but not too hard butter, add the flour, a little stir.
Add the egg, sour cream, salt. Knead elastic dough. Put the dough in the bag and clean for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
For the filling boil peeled potatoes and cut it into cubes.
Also for the filling it is necessary to fry on a small amount of vegetable oil with minced onion, spices and salt. Fry for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the potatoes and stuffing.
Grease a form with butter, covered with parchment paper. In the form of dough, making a fairly high sides.
Spread on the dough stuffing.
Mix all ingredients for sauce and whisk.
Pour the filling sauce. Send the form in a pre-heated oven. Bake pie at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
